The hotel was modern, clean, excellent facilities. Comfortable bed. Lounge area on the 1st floor with large screened TV. Tea, coffee and water. Microwave. Conveniently positioned to walk to China Town area and the waterfront. 6 5 minute walk from the bus station.

Great value for your money! Room: - The bed is incredibly comfortable. - Impeccably clean. - You can connect the TV to Netflix and YouTube. - Enjoy seamless WiFi. - There's a water heater for your convenience. - Hangers are available. Bathroom: - Shampoo and body wash are thoughtfully provided. - The towels, though a bit musty, are available (could be dryer). - Spotlessly clean. - Experience both hot and cold showers. - A generously spacious bathroom. There's an open car park located behind the hotel, and you're within walking distance of a 7-Eleven convenience store. P.S. Ironing facilities are conveniently located in the hallway on every floor.

Love the location, it's within walking distance to Chinatown, Paya Bunga Square and the bus terminal. Food was easy to find as there was a restaurant right next to the hotel as well. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is also very comfortable. We could also watch YouTube on the smart TV. Amenities were basic and there was an iron and ironing board outside the room on every floor. Staffs were also very friendly and courteous. They safekept our bags while we were waiting to check in at 3 pm and they even allowed us to continue keeping our bags even after we checked out as our bus was at 9pm evening. We hung out in the lobby at level 1 while waiting to check in. All in all it was a very satisfying stay, I would totally choose this place again and I recommend it to everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. In KL, it’s hard to find property like this with the affordable price. The cleanliness of the premises was good, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The property's strategic location added to the overall positive experience, making it convenient for exploration and accessibility. I would highly recommend this property for a comfortable and satisfying accommodation experience.

We had a great time staying at Arena Boutique. Front desk staffs were really helpful and very kind. We are very lucky as during the check in, one of the lady staff was really considerate to upgrade our room into the executive room. We really thankfull and happy for our stay in KT. It was very comfy, clean and super spacious hotel room. Overall, we had a good 3d2n stays. Money worth and strategic location at the central KT. Surely, we look forward to stay again in Arena Boutique for our future trip to KT.

Second time staying here. Our room was upgraded. Yeay. Location is great. Parking is available. Just couple of minutes from Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Downstairs also have restaurant, pharmacy & bank. Very convenient.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to many eateries. Staff are very helpful and polite. Wifi working fine.

The location is strategic near to the restaurant.. Beside the hotel also got restaurant.. The place is clean and a little bit modern concept.. What i love the most is the tv have Netflix!! the internet connection is good even I’m staying at level 3 and the hotel is fully booked during my stay.. I mean i can watch the movies without buffering.. Water pressure also good.. Will consider this hotel again of I revisit Terengganu!
